WARRANTY & AFTERCARE
Lifetime Warranty:
Whilst we are confident that these issues won't arise for peace of mind we offer a lifetime warranty on all defects in materials and workmanship such as:
◦ Porosity or blemishes to the metal
◦ Uneven thickness (not forming part of the design) at time of pickup
◦ Misaligned setting/stone upon collection
◦ Joint failure due to improper casting/welding
◦ Loose stone upon collection
◦ Chips or scratches to gemstones upon collection
◦ Deep scratches to metal at time of collection.
Our warranty does not include damage caused due to accidents, misuse or normal wear and tear such as:
◦ Dents and abrasions from daily wear
◦ Gemstone damage caused by impact
◦ Metal degradation or discolouration caused by chemical exposure (such as cosmetics, and household cleaning products
◦ General wear of precious metals.
◦ Loss of stones due to worn settings and failure to retighten as required
◦ Fading of wear of metal plating from daily wear.
Standard Aftercare Package:
Our standard aftercare package comes with all purchases. This includes one free resizing within 12 months of purchase, free lifetime cleaning, and discounts on all maintenance such as tightening the claws and buffing.
AG Premium Aftercare:
For an extra $399 you can add our AG Care Package for your peace of mind. Our AG Care Package allows you to completely redesign your ring as you please. You can swap your diamond for one of equivalent value, choose a new setting, change your ring from yellow gold to white gold, make subtle tweaks to the original and so on.
Returns & Refunds:
We do not offer change of mind returns on custom made pieces. As part of our design process we provide full 3D renderings of your ring prior to manufacturing so you know exactly what you are getting. We do of course standby the quality of each and every item we produce and if there are any issues (there won't be) we will rectify these.
For Ready Made rings we do accept returns for store credit provided the ring is returned in an as new state.
