Refund policy

We do not offer change of mind returns on custom made pieces. As part of our design process we provide full 3D renderings of your ring prior to manufacturing so you know exactly what you are getting. We do of course standby the quality of each and every item we produce and if there are any issues (there won't be) we will rectify these.

For Ready Made rings we do accept returns for store credit provided the ring is returned in an as new state.
